Creative Therapy Room Interiors

Creating the perfect working environment for you and your clients

  • Are you a therapist setting up a therapy room, or with an existing room that could do with a re-vamp?
  • Would you like advice in making your space functional, organised and aesthetically pleasing?
  • Would you like to learn how to keep your work room energetically clear and inviting?
  • Are you on a budget and wanting to make the most of what you have already got?

As well as setting up my own therapy space at home, I have sound experience of working energetically, and have been space-clearing my therapy room at home and in rented rooms I previously worked from in clinic, (which often have the worst build up of energetic debris, as no one person is responsible for space-clearing rented rooms) as well as clutter and space-clearing my own home, for many years.

Organising and creating beautiful spaces and enhancing the feel of them comes naturally to me. My mother is a Cabinet Maker who designs and builds kitchens – I am sure I get my love of interiors from her. You can see photographs of her work here: beckybellcabinetmaker.blogspot.com  (I am very proud of her, as I am sure you can tell!)

It is my intention that we work together to create a funtional room that is appropriate for you and the work you do. Therefore you will be fully involved in the process at every stage. I understand that we all work differently and have very different requirements for our space and the way we wish to use it.

Why create a good atmosphere?

  • A good atmosphere is vitally important if you are seeing clients. The first impression they  have when they meet you is of you and your working environment.
  • Energetically speaking, it if essential to keep your work room clean and clear of other people’s old energies, as this can make it difficult to work energetically, and may even interfere with the session on an energetic level. At worst, they pick up and take away with them something unpleasant which was not even theirs in the first place!
  • Keeping the space clear of energetic debris enhances the session and the clients’ ability to receive a good treatment from you.
  • If the atmosphere, lighting and look of your place is good and the feel is right, they will want to return and will no doubt tell their friends about it, bringing you more clients.

Why Space Clear?

  • Space-Clearing is fundamental to those working in therapeutic roles. When working therapeutically with others, negative vibrations are released, and being of a dense, heavy nature, tend to get stuck or build up over time in places.  Old stuck energies create a dull, unpleasant environment, which is least beneficial in rooms where you wish to carry out treatments. Clutter clearing any items that are not necessary from the room will enable the energy to move freely. There are also energetic measures you can out into practice.
  • In my experience, pretty much all therapeutic process’s have the potential to fog up an environment. Reiki, massage, reflexology, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy - right across the board.
  • The worst example I have come across personally, was on a week long course, when we were working theraputically on each other (so a lot of old energies were being released ) and no-one cleared the energy for days... halfway through the week the room fstarted to feel heavy and sickly. And someone remarked to out tutor, who then space cleared the room. The difference was incredible. I felt like I could breathe again and it seemed much lighter!
  • Can you think of a place you have been were you did not feel comfortable/ perhaps it was cold, or felt uninviting for reasons you could not put your finger on?

Fees

  • I charge £20 an hour for on-site advice, ideas and suggestions
  • Or £70 for a half day (4 hours). This includes space clearing together, so that you can carry this out effectively in future therapy sessions.
  • Travel costs are included in my fees, so there are no extra costs.

I can allocate my time spent on-site according to your individual needs. Please contact me to discuss your particular requirements. It is possible to split the time into 2 days, if there are changes to be made before I can come in and space clear, for example.
