Experiences from our past and the beliefs we made up at that time can limit our performance in the present. We may think to ourselves 'I've got this' but if there is a subconscious belief underlying, we may mess up again and again or simply not be feeling our worth in our work or relationships.
It doesn't matter how many self help books you read or how much positive thinking you do, unless you get to the root of the problem, so you can self heal, you will be fighting a loosing battle.
