Touch for Health Kinesiology
Touch for Health is based on Chinese Five Element Acupuncture theory and contemporary western techniques. Meridians in the body are worked on to increase or decrease the flow of energy to improve health and vitality.
Other TFH techniques include; Emotional Stress Release (ESR) and exercises to improve posture, co-ordination and ease of movement.
What happens during a Kinesiology session?
A kinesiology session is referred to as a ‘balance’ and is carried out fully clothed on a couch. It is a calming and up-lifting experience.
Together we create a ‘goal’ for the session, so we stay positive and focused on what you want in the short and long term. Working towards your goals – what it is you want – gives the body specific targets to aim for.
Gentle muscle monitoring allows us to connect with your body’s wisdom to detect appropriate corrections or solutions to restore balance. Integrated Healing addresses our energy field and its systems, uncovering and clearing any hidden energy blocks as well as the physical self.
A typical kinesiology session could involve releasing a stressful experience with gentle stress release, acupressure points to balance the meridians and Reiki healing, in relation to the issue/goal you are working on.
Angel Cards or Essence Spray may be included along with recommendations such as simple self-help techniques or life style changes – empowering you to support yourself in between sessions and beyond.
