Do you need to take time for yourself, to heal emotionally and gather your strength?

Make this a summer of self love by taking care of your needs, raising your energy levels and getting your life back on track.

Integrated Healing & Kinesiology sessions can bring you back to yourself by relieving stress, creating awareness and focusing on how you want to move forward in life, armed with techniques to stay grounded, energised and feeling positive on your journey.

I believe it is vital to keep up our self care. If we are not feeling good in ourselves, we are less effective at supporting others in our life. It is not selfish to practice self love and self care habits.

Some loving habits to create for yourself might be

  1. Making time for quiet time to 'check in' with yourself
  2. Having good boundaries about what and when you will do things for other people
  3. Choosing good relationships
  4. Learning to listen to your body and emotions
  5. Healthy eating choices
  6. Activities that calm mind and body, such as meditation or yoga
  7. Relaxation
  8. Specialist support with a practitioner to keep you on track
