My approach is ‘kinesiology coaching’. I am passionate about getting people in touch with the power and healing resources that are within them to create positive outcomes and deep level change – and sharing the tools to do so.

I am fully qualified and have been a member of the Complementary Therapists Association since 2005. I am insured with Holistic Insurance and hold a current First Aid Certificate.

I have enjoyed learning about health & healing modalities and have been practising self development for 20 years.

There is a big focus on addressing emotional and energetic blocks that hold people back and can be at the root of other seemingly unrelated problems.

I have come to specialise in working with sensitive people and empaths, who have found themselves trying to cope with stress; anxiety and other difficult feelings or energy problems. A lot of sensitive people have come for sessions with me – probably because I am one myself. Kinesiology is great for staying centred and balanced!

My Training

My professional training includes; International Diploma in Integrated Healing (a combination of Kinesiology, Life Coaching and NLP). I am a qualified Touch for Health Kinesiology Instructor and hold a certificate in the Touch for Health Kinesiology Synthesis with the International Kinesiology College (IKC). Emotional Freedom Technique EFT to Practitioner Level.

Reiki Healing to Practitioner Level, Dance Movement Therapy Studies, Diploma in Holistic Therapies including; Counselling, Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition, Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology, Food sensitivity Testing and Clearing, Core Energy Management and Space Clearing.

My background is in administration, management and holistic healthcare. I managed the shop and mail order service at Penny Brohn (then The Bristol Cancer Help Centre) for two years. It was from there that I decided to re-train in Kinesiology, enabling me to work one-to-one with people on a deeper level.

Discovering Kinesiology

I discovered Kinesiology as many natural health practitioners do, by having sessions myself. In my twenties, I had been suffering with severe anxiety and had already tried a handful of other therapies and self-help books.

When I stumbled upon kinesiology through a recommendation, I was amazed – the kinesiologist was communicating directly with my body and astoundingly my body knew what I needed. Feedback from Kinesiology muscle testing can access the body’s intelligence. We know how to help ourselves but this information is not always available to our conscious mind.

There was a lot of emotional stress indicated, which had built up over the years from various life events, which meant that we did a lot of Emotional Stress Release. We also changed my diet a little and re-balanced my bodies energies at each session.

The immediate positive effects I felt from each session were undeniable. I was fascinated and wanted to understand more about Kinesiology, my body and the energy systems, not least because I was discovering that I was sensitive to energy work – I became able to sense my energy field and the chakras when the kinesiologist was working on them.

Walking My Talk

I believe it is vital to maintain health and well-being. I attend courses and workshops for continued professional development on a regular basis. I use my kinesiology and reiki healing ‘tools’ for my own well-being. I can self test, as well as having sessions with other practitioners. Lucky me!

Integrated Healing Kinesiology and Reiki have enabled me to take responsibility for my own health, healing and happiness and I am passionate about supporting others in doing the same.

In my spare time, I can be found dancing, enjoying photography or hanging out with my other half and my cat.
